Yes. Messages, photos and trip locations are end-to-end encrypted: the keys stay on your phones and not even Central can read them. There are no ads and your data is never sold.
Only the people you choose, and only when you send an SOS, start a trip or leave an agreed safety perimeter. Central doesn't track you continuously, and you can disconnect from anyone at any time.
Your emergency contacts instantly receive your location and a short video, along with a prompt to call 112. Central does not replace emergency numbers.
On servers in Europe. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the app or the web dashboard.
