The people you choose: a coordinator, a shift supervisor, your control room. They get a notification on their phone and see it in the web dashboard. Central is not a monitoring centre and does not replace 112 (the European emergency number): the SOS message always prompts people to call emergency services too.

No. Central doesn't track movements continuously: location is shared only with an SOS, a trip started by the worker or when they leave an agreed safety perimeter. The person being looked out for can always see this in their own profile. Each company nonetheless remains responsible for its obligations regarding the tools given to workers, such as Article 4 of the Italian Workers' Statute (Statuto dei Lavoratori) and the privacy notice: we recommend reviewing them with your adviser before you start.
No. Central works on both company phones and workers' personal phones, with a dedicated account.
By invoice, monthly or annually. Prices are per active person per month, excl. VAT, with a minimum of €49 a month per account. You can add or remove people at any time.
